All financial responsibility for the apartment.

Responsibility for the security deposit.

deposit, and that it is between roommates to settle who may owe whom.

Responsibility for any damages to the apartment, past, present or future, whether the damage was caused by

the above mentioned roommate being released, a future roommate or myself.

Name] and Springboard Affordable Housing Management LLC of any obligations to me. I realize that [Property

security deposit that I may have paid. I understand that it is up to my roommate and me to settle that matter. I

further understand that my lease responsibility does not expire until all three parties have fully executed this

agreement.
