The Final Project Review Summary is a project deliverable and shall be submitted in accordance with Scope of

Work, Exhibit A of the contract.

What lessons were learned from undertaking this project?

What lessons (either successes or shortfalls) can be gleaned from the project for others attempting similar

efforts?

What efforts would you recommend others emulate or avoid?

What impact has the project had on the Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Program (MSHCP)?

Describe what you believe to be the impact of the project and provide evidence in your statements (e.g.

publication in major journals, press coverage, adoption of the model by other organizations, etc.).

Is there additional research or other efforts that would complement or add to the project that

could be conducted in the future?

PROJECT CLAIM RELEASE

I acknowledge that the Project identified above is complete and that all deliverables and milestones have been

submitted and/or services have been performed.

I further acknowledge that I have complied with all of the requirements in the contract with regard to

equipment that may have been purchased or leased as a result of this Project.

Upon County’s acceptance of the Final Project Review Summary Form deliverable, you may submit a final

invoice.

The final invoice shall include, but not be limited to, all remaining approved deliverables and

milestones, or services performed, that have not previously been invoiced. Upon acceptance of final payment

and clearance of check, you release the County from any further claims on this project.
