Thank you very much for declaring Sunday, May 5, 2002, as World Laughter Day in the

great State of Florida. We sincerely appreciate receiving three original copies of the

Proclamation and the color photograph of you. Though I could not travel to Tallahassee

to receive the Proclamation from you personally, I arranged for Senator (your Senator) to

make the presentation in his office in Naples. I have enclosed a photograph of that

presentation for you.

In making this proclamation, you have been a great help to the Southwest Florida Chapter

of World Laughter Tour, Inc., in its efforts to lead the world to health, happiness, and

peace through laughter awareness and education. Through awareness and education, and

with the assistance of caring people like you, we are working everyday toward a

healthier, more joy-filled, and more peaceful world.
