trade marks and/or arising from the Trade Marks Act and any other cognate

legislation, and for the aforesaid purposes in our name to sign and lodge all

documents necessary or desirable, to attend to or appear before the Registrar of Trade

Marks or elsewhere, and to do whatsoever shall be necessary or desirable in the

premises; and we hereby confirm and ratify whatsoever our said agents, their

substitute or substitutes may lawfully do by virtue of these presents.

We hereby revoke all previous authorisations, if any, in respect of the same matter or

proceeding.
