JOB TRAINING PROGRAM

JOB READINESS CERTIFICATION

I recognize that the Goodwill Hospitality Jobs Training Program is designed to provide me with the skills

and support to obtain entry-level employment in the hospitality industry. In order to be successful I

should attend class for the entire training program, including job shadowing. If I do not fully

participate in each of the classes I will not receive all of the benefits of the training and may be less

successful in obtaining employment. In order to obtain employment at the end of this training

program I must be able to meet the minimum standard requirements of hospitality employers.

I hereby certify that I:

Am able to complete a 2 week Training Program (8:30 am – 4:30 pm)

Am able to pass background screening (No felonies in last 7 years, No misdemeanors in the last

three years)

Am currently able to pass drug screening

Am able and available to work some holidays, weekends and evenings

Currently possess required I-9 documents to establish identify and employment eligibility

Possess the physical and personal capabilities required for employment in the hospitality

industry

Have reliable transportation – can get to work and class

Do not have any personal obligations that would interfere with me attending each day of

training or being employed
