any claim which may arise out of any advice, counselling or assistance given by any pastor, employee or voluntary worker of the Church. Such advice, counselling or assistance is given

by the Church in good faith. The Church shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered by any person or his/her family or invitee on the church premises,

irrespective of whether such loss, damage or injury was caused by fire, storm, flood, riot, civil commotion, theft, robbery, accident or any other cause whatsoever. I/We hereby agree

that any communication, whether oral or written, entered into between the signatory/signatories and the church or any of its staff or voluntary workers shall not in any circumstance

be used as the basis for any claim for damages, howsoever arising, by the signatory/signatories against the church.”
