DIH shift to record results. Specify CARE Call Type: E (Recently Enrolled) KM (Key Milestone) or MW (Missed

Weeks). Save call lists; highlight members who were contacted, clip lists behind this log sheet.

Remember to use *67 before each CARE call to block Caller ID.
