In accordance with Idaho Code Section 55-2010 you are hereby notified that

unless you pay all rents now due and owing within three (3) days of the date of service of

this notice upon you, your Rental Agreement will be terminated, and you will be given

thirty (30) days notice within which you must quit said premises, removing your home

and all persons and belongings, and leaving the same in a neat and orderly condition.

You are further advised that failure to pay all rents due within the time allowed

may result in the commencement of legal proceedings against you for three (3) times the

amount of all unpaid rents as allowed by Idaho Code Section 55-2017, together with all

costs, attorneys fees and such other relief as may be allowed by the Court.

You are further advised that Idaho Code Section 55-2018 provides that in any

legal proceeding seeking your eviction from the community, except in those cases where

treble damages are awarded, the Court shall award attorneys fees to the prevailing party.
