Purpose

During the course of their activities, RMSAWWA committees conduct activities and events at locations

throughout the states of Colorado, New Mexico and Wyoming. The purpose of this form is to provide an

Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form for use in events sponsored/hosted by RMSAWWA.

Policy

RMSAWWA committees and/or officer may conduct events to support the purposes of the committee

and/or RMSAWWA. When an event is held all participants in the event must complete the Accident

Waiver and Release of Liability Form in order to participate. All committee chairs are expected to see

that the Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Forms get completed.
