LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF

I,____________________, a resident of _____________, ___________
County, Texas declare this to be my Last W ill and Testament, and hereby expressly
revoke all prior W ills and codicils.
ARTICLE I
I direct that all of my legal debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as
practicable after my death.
ARTICLE II
I direct that my INDEPENDENT EXECUTOR pay out of my residuary estate,
without apportionment, all estate, inheritance succession and other taxes, assessed
by reason of my death by the government of the United States or by the State of
Texas if any shall then be owing.
ARTICLE III
I appoint my husband,_____________________ as my INDEPENDENT
EXECUTOR of this Will. If he is unable or unwilling to act or continue to act in that
capacity, then I appoint ________________________, as my INDEPENDENT
EXECUTOR of this Will. I direct that no action shall be taken in any court in the
administration of my estate other than probating and recording of this W ill and the
return of an inventory appraisement and list of claims of my estate. No bond or other
security shall be required of any EXECUTOR appointed in this W ill.
ARTICLE IV
If any person whether or not related in any way by blood to me shall either
directly or indirectly attempt to oppose or set aside the probate of this W ill or to
impair or invalidate any of the provisions hereof and such person shall establish a
right to any part of my estate, or set aside the probate of this W ill or to impair or
invalidate any provisions hereof, I give and bequeath to such person the sum of ONE
DOLLAR ($1.00) only and no further interest whatsoever in my estate.
ARTICLE V
I bequeath to my husband,_____________________, all the rest and residue
of my estate, being all of my property, both real and personal, owned by me at the
time of my death. If my husband shall not survive me by five (5) days, then I
