LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, ________________________________________, my date of birth being ________________, being of

sound disposing mind and memory and mindful of the uncertainties of human life, do hereby make,

publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament; hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils

heretofore made by me.

FIRST

I direct my Personal Representative to pay all of my just debts, funeral expenses and estate administration

expenses. I direct that all transfer, inheritance, succession and other like taxes, duties and charges which

may be payable by virtue of my death shall be paid and discharged as part of the administrative expenses

of my estate so that the legatees and devisees may receive their interest without deduction in respect of

such taxes and duties.

SECOND

I may leave a writing designating certain persons to receive some or all of my jewelry and collectibles and

I direct that my Personal Representative follow and obey the last dated of such a writing if found within

thirty (30) days of the date of my death.

THIRD

I give my automobile(s), if any, any real property which I my own or in which I may have an interest, all

my tangible personal property, business personal property, and the rest, residue, and remainder of my

property, of any kind or nature, personal and mixed, of whatsoever and whosesoever situated, to

FOURTH

I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my ____________________________________, whose date of

birth is ___________________ to be the Personal Representative of my estate. I hereby give and grant

unto them full right, power and authority to sell, assign, convey, exchange, mortgage, pledge, lease,

abandon, or otherwise dispose of any part or all of my real and/or personal property, at public or private

sale, for the best price attainable or upon such terms, conditions and limitations as they may deem best,

without the necessity of obtaining any court approval of any sale or other exercise of the powers granted.

I further direct that they shall not be obliged to give any bonds or other securities for the performance of

such duties as may come upon them under and by virtue of this Will and that my Personal

Representatives shall serve without compensation.
