SALES AGENT APPLICATION
Marketing & Advertising
ISF will do all it can to have a valid marketing plan in force to best promote the products and items that the agent will be
selling. It is the responsibility of the agent to maintain a high profile in their area by attending shows and trade fairs and by
advertising in the local agricultural newspapers or flyers. The agent will be responsible for providing ISF with a yearly plan
for marketing in their territory. All promotional ads need to be pre-approved by the ISF Head Office Marketing Department
prior to being sent for publication.
Orders – Production
When ordering products, ISF would appreciate advance notice of at least 5 business days to allow for manufacturing and
shipping the order on time. If a Vet Script is required for a medicated product ISF must have the Vet Script in advance of
manufacturing the product. The CFIA may require other special mixes to have a Customer Formula Feed Form or a Consultant
Formula Form to be signed by your client prior to the manufacture of the product(s).
The Territory
It is understood by all ISF agents that the territory allotted to the agent does not have any commercial value. It is also
understood that agents should make contact with all the farms located in the territory to determine what farms could benefit
from the use of ISF products. ISF has the right to reduce or enlarge this territory or replace the sales agent, anytime at ISF’s
full discretion.
Credit Application Form
Applicants are required to complete a Credit Application Form to become an ISF agent.

Your C. V. or Resume and/or a letter of recommendation would be appreciated.
This document becomes effective once it is signed by all parties.
If accepted the status and territory of the sales agent will be reviewed every two years.
