LIST OF REQUIREMENTS FOR

DOMINICA CITIZENSHIP APPLICATION

Education Documents:

Certified copies and legal translation of University/College diplomas of all applicants who

earned a degree. For dependents of main applicant aged between 18 and 25, an official

transcript or a duly notarized letter from the competent authority confirming the applicant’s

existing enrollment at the institution of higher learning.

Reference Letters:

Two original personal references (2 different people) for the applicant, spouse and any

applicant over 18 years old. Testimonials should include a paragraph about the referee, who

must be acquainted with the applicant for at least five (5) years, preferably friends. Identical

testimonials will not be accepted. Also testimonials should not be from family members.

One original professional reference for the applicant. Reference should be from a person who

has been acquainted with the investor’s work for at least three (3) years.

One original recommendation from applicant’s banker. Applicant must be a client of the bank

for at least two (2) years. The recommendation should contain the contact information of the

bank. Unsigned bank recommendations will not be accepted. It should not be older than 3

months.

Bank Statements for the last 12 months immediately preceding submission of the application.

Work Experience Documents:

Original Letter of Employment with salary/remuneration information for the investor;

Certified copy and legal translation of Company Trade License and other company related

documents for self-employed investor and most recent Audited Financial Statement of the

business.

Note: All documents must be notarized and accompanied by legal translation if not in English
