Nhulundu Wooribah Indigenous Health Organisation Inc. (“Nhulundu”) is an Aboriginal Community
Controlled Health Service delivering an integrated, comprehensive primary care health service to the whole
Gladstone community.
Nhulundu’s services include; bulk billing GP services, a chronic disease management program, diabetes
education, health promotion programs, aged care and community support service functions.
Nhulundu has a modern health clinic in South Gladstone, with a new site at New Auckland opening soon.
We are looking for an experienced admin person, preferably with a medical services background, who can
immediately take on the front desk and billing responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:
 Coordinate patient registration, appointment and contact details
 Medicare Claims processing
 Front Desk duties
 Office and Admin support services
Essential Qualifications / Experience:
Certificate 111 in Business Admin/ Medical Reception or equivalent is required
Sound experience and track record in equivalent medical services or office administration roles
Excellent data entry skills/good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal
