l. Lessor shall not be liable to lessee for any damage claims resulting from injury to person or property

from any cause arising from the occupancy of the premises by lessee, and the lessee shall indemnify les-

sor from any liability, loss or other damage claims or obligations resulting from any injuries or losses of

whatsoever nature.

1. All participants must sign a waiver of liability and submit prior to use of facility.

m. Lessee shall not assign or sublet the premises or any right or privilege connected therewith or allow

any other not-affiliated person to occupy the premises or any part thereof without first obtaining the

written consent of the Girl Scouts.

n. Lessee shall surrender the premises to lessor on expiration of this lease. At the time of surrender, the

premises shall be in the same condition as when received, normal wear and tear expected.

o. The Girl Scouts reserves the right to enter upon the premises at reasonable times during the term of

this lease to inspect them.

p. No alcohol or illegal drugs are allowed on the property.
