Per the references, you are hereby appointed as the Officer in Charge of

Weapons Training for (organization).

As the OIC, you will thoroughly familiarize yourself with the references

and carry out all duties as outlined in the references and contained below:

Ensure the overall safe conduct of training and proper use of the

installation training complex;

Brief the Range Safety Officer (RSO)on duties to be performed in

support of the training event;

Ensure all range safety practices are strictly enforced; and

Supervise the Range Safety Officer, all instructors, coaches, and

personnel conducting training and live fire.

This designation will remain in effect until the time of your detachment or

until otherwise revoked.
