It’s  time  for  Field  Day  on  Friday,  June  3rd!  It’s  everyone’s  favorite  day  of  the  year.  It’s  an  entire  

day  devoted  to  celebrating  this  school  year  beginning  with  the  Awards  Assembly.  The  children  

will  be  active,  play  games,  have  lunch  provided  by  PTA  and  sign  yearbooks.    

 

 

This  order  form  is  for  your  Hollywood  student  ONLY.  Please  help  your  child  decide  on  a  size  for  

his/her  field  day  t-­shirt.
