Girl Scout Gold Award Supplemental Form

This form is used to supplement the GoGold Online Gold Award Project Proposal.

Please keep a copy of your paperwork for yourself and advisors. For clarity, the

council strongly recommends that your submission be typed. This form should be

uploaded when girls complete their Gold Award Proposals using the GoGold Online

system. Email submissions should be sent with the subject: Last Name, First Name –

Gold Award Proposal Supplemental Form.

Proposals are reviewed by the Gold Award Panel during the second or third week of the month, with the option for an

in-person presentation. To schedule your presentation, please visit and search ‘panel presentation’

on the Events calendar. Notification of the panel’s decision will be emailed and mailed by the end of the review

month. Please do not call or email Girl Scouts Nation’s Capital for information on the decision. You may not, under

any circumstances, begin the Take Action part of your project until you receive approval from the Gold Award

Panel.
