with the provisions found in SDCL 21-54-16.

I hereby attest that 30 days has passed since Notice of Intent to Sell Mobile/Manufactured Home has been

given to the owner and, if applicable, the lienholder of the home.

I understand that if I have not received notice as to the issuance of a distress warrant or information of such

issuance within 30 days of this notice, or if the home has not been removed by the owner or lienholder

within 30 days of Notice of Intent to Sell Mobile/Manufactured Home, I am authorized to proceed with the

sale of the home.
