Note: This Certificate is for businesses only and not to be used for private purposes. The hotel operator must request a Travel Authorization
(TA) to claim exemption. If no TA is provided, guest may not claim exemption. Completed certificate should be furnished to the hotel for
record verification. DO NOT send the completed certificate to the Office of the Navajo Tax Commission. The certificate does not require a
number to be valid.
