(ii) If you are an adoptive father, you may also apply for paternity leave if you have made an application
to the Subordinate Courts of Singapore (Family and Juvenile Justice Division) (“Court”) to adopt a
child who is a Singapore Citizen (“local child”), or have been issued the dependant’s pass in respect
of the child for a child who is not a Singapore Citizen (“foreign child”) for the purpose of adoption
from 1 May 2013.
