Terms and conditions

(Please ensure that you read below notes prior to filling in the form, sending the application constitutes an

acceptance of the terms and conditions as under)

1. Visa application is not an issuance guarantee. UAE Government is the sole authority to accept or reject any

application within its own deadlines. Nasser Air Travel and Shipping Agencies is a facilitator and cannot be held

responsible in cases when visa is rejected or delayed. The below mentioned timings are guidelines only.

2. Once accepted, visa charge applies, including rejection for which Government does not provide a valid reason.

3. Incorrectly typed details may lead to a penalty from Dubai Government at the time of arrival.

4. Electronic visas only enable clients to arrive/depart from/to Dubai Airport

5. Hard-copy visas require a deposit fee, which is not included in the original rate.

6. Should a Meet and Assist not be provided in case of hard-copy visa support, the clients have to collect their

original entry permits from the respective airport desk.

7. Clearly scanned passport copies and different color photo (passport size) must accompany visa application

form. Kindly email each one in a separate message.

8. All copies will be acknowledged as received and feasible from our staff. In the absence of such an

acknowledgment the communications must be treated as “not received”.

9. Visa is provided within 3-5 working days (excluding Friday, Saturday or officially proclaimed bank holidays in

UAE)

10. Overstay constitutes an offence in UAE and commands a penalty charge of AED 200 in the first day, plus AED

100 for each day after. A total penalty of AED 5000 will be levied to Nasser Air Travel and Shipping Agencies in

case of overstay, which will be passed on to the travel organizer.

11. In case of long overstay, the offender may be summoned to court and heavier penalty will occur.

12. Once issued copy of the visa will be dispatched to enable flight check-in. Landing in UAE with visa applied for

but not issued does not bind Nasser Air Travel and Shipping Agencies in any legal way and thus all related charges

will be borne by responsible parties. Please ensure all clients are aware of this important note to avoid legal and

commercial complications.

13. Entry permit is only valid for entry in the specified period mentioned at the bottom of the document 14. Entry

permit is only valid for duration of stay specified at the bottom of the document.

15. Various nationalities require various type of visa allowing different length of stay.

16. Certain nationalities are allowed “visa upon arrival” and do not need to obtain visa prior to departure.

17. Children traveling with parent’s passport may require a separate visa. Please ask for assistance and last minute

changes on Government rules and regulations

18. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the intended day of arrival
