(b) the work has been installed in accordance with the above documents, the Plumbing Permit

(and the Special Plumbing Permit if applicable) and the Plumbing Regulations 2004; and

(d) I have provided a copy of this certificate and the as-constructed drawings to the owner.

Occupational Licensing (Plumbing Work) Regulations, Reg. 7 Rectification of

defective plumbing work
