All UpLift Housing Network homes have regulations that help you and those with whom
you share this home, stay safe and feel good in a positive living environment.
Resident promise to:
Make payments on time.

Remain alcohol and drug free.
2.
Submit to periodic drug tests.
3.
Attend house meetings that promote sobriety and overall well-being.
4.
Commit to doing chores around the house and maintaining the general cleanliness of the

home and follow house rules.
Live within the law.
6.
Stealing, fighting, committing acts of violence or aggression, using hate speech, bullying, and/or
intimidating others is never allowed or tolerated. EVER. Such acts WILL be reported to law
enforcement.
The UpLift Promise to:
Provide suitable, alcohol and drug free housing.
1.
Give you a written rental agreement.
2.
Not ask you to waive any of your rights as a condition of residency.
3.
Given a sufficient amount of time, generally 3 days, to correct most issues before any

action, including eviction, is taken. This does not apply to residents who return to drinking
or drug use.
Treat each resident respectfully.

Enforce their rules consistently.
