The Katy ISD Coca-Cola partnership Scholarship is a fund created by a special contract between

KISD and the Houston Coca-Cola Bottling Company. For the 2016-2017 school year, one $1,000

scholarship will be awarded at each high school.

KISD Requirements

A. Terms and Conditions of the Scholarship Award

The applicant must:

1. Be a KISD high school graduate this spring who plans to enter a college,

university or technical school no later than the fall semester of the current year;

2. Complete the junior and senior years at a KISD High School;

3. Be in the top 25% of the class;

4. Demonstrate good citizenship, leadership, extra-curricular participation and

community service.

B. The applicant must submit proper and complete credentials as outlined by this application

including:

1. Application form (including completed essay).

C. Applications are due to your counselor by Wednesday, March 8, 2017.

The attached application must be filled out completely.

TO THE COUNSELORS:

1. Choose top 5 from your campus.

2. Verify class rank and junior / senior status in KISD.

3. Sign cover sheet of application.

4. Submit the top 5 verified applications to Counseling and Psychological Service? by

March 24, 2017.
