GENERAL APPEARANCE AND WAIVER OF SUMMONS
COMES NOW the Respondent and informs the Court as follows:
1.
I have received a copy of the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage filed in this
action and the Automatic Temporary Injunction Notice, attached.
2.
I hereby enter my appearance and waive service of Summons.
3.
I agree to abide by the terms of the Automatic Temporary Injunction while this
action is pending with the Court.
4.
I agree that the Court can enter judgment in this action without further notice
according to the terms of the Decree of Dissolution of Marriage that I have approved in writing.
5.
The Decree of Dissolution of Marriage that I have approved in writing accurately
reflects the understanding and agreement reached between the Petitioner and myself in
settlement of all issues in this Dissolution of Marriage action.
6.
I have not relied on the Petitioner's attorney for legal advice in this matter and I
understand that the Petitioner's attorney does not represent my interests. I further understand that
it is my responsibility to seek independent counsel if I have any questions regarding the
allegations of the Petition or the settlement set out in the Decree of Dissolution of Marriage.
