ACHIEVEMENT OF EXCELLENCE IN FINANCIAL REPORTING from The Government Finance Officers Association of the United
States and Canada. This Certificate is presented in recognition of the stringent requirements that were met in preparing our city’s
Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR).
