Public Works of the Senate a report that describes the

administration of the program, including—

‘‘(1) the number of States participating in the

program;

‘‘(2) the number and types of projects for which
6
each State participating in the program has used al-
7
ternative environmental review and approval proce-
8
dures; and

‘‘(3) any recommendations for modifications to
10
the program.

.—In this section, the following

definitions apply:

‘‘(1) C
.—The term ‘Chair’ means the
