NEW SALES/USE TAX FORM

FOR GRANT PARISH

EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1, 2008, GRANT PARISH

SALES & USE TAX FORM WILL BE CHANGED.

PLEASE NOTE THE PRECENTAGES FOR EACH COLUMN. THIS FORM WILL BE

USED BEGINNING WITH THE JULY 2008 SALES/USE TAX REPORTING PERIOD.

Please note if items are only sold inside the city limits of Colfax, column B will be used. This

column has a rate of 6%, which includes the Parish Wide tax of 4% and the Town of Colfax tax

of 2%.

Each column collects the total percentage for that jurisdiction. If items are sold in the parish but

not inside any taxing jurisdiction, column A the parish wide 4% tax will be used.
