For a Voided Corporation
Dear Sir or Madam:
We advise, a Void Delaware Corporation may have its charter restored by filing a
Certificate for Renewal and Revival of Charter in accordance with the General Corporation
Law of this State. Enclosed is a blank form of the Certificate. Charges due this office for
filing the Certificate are $169.00. If your document is more than 1 page please include $9.00
per page additional. You will receive a stamped “Filed” copy of your submitted document.
You may request a certified copy for an additional $50. Expedited services are available.
Please contact our office concerning these fees.
Before the Certificate can be filed, all taxes due to the State at the time the
corporation became void must be paid and all applicable Annual Franchise Tax Reports must
be filed. Please contact the Franchise Tax Section prior to filing this document to determine
the franchise taxes and Annual Reports due. Please make your checks payable to “Delaware
Secretary of State”. You may include all filing fees and taxes due in one check.
For the convenience of processing your order in a timely manner, please include a
