FINDINGS OF FACT
1. The Court finds it has jurisdiction of this matter because Petitioner’s license was automatically
suspended for an arrest or conviction of an offense that occurred in Williamson County, Texas.
2. The Court finds Petitioner’s Texas driver’s license was suspended for the following reason:

Motor Vehicle Safety Responsibility Act, Chapter 601 Texas Transportation Code.
5. The Court finds Petitioner has installed an ignition interlock device on each motor vehicle owned or
operated by Petitioner.
Based on the findings listed above, the Petition for Issuance of an Occupational Driver’s License is hereby
GRANTED for Petitioner without restriction to any time of travel, reason for travel, or location of travel
while driving within the State of Texas, subject to the following terms and conditions:
