Dear Sir or Madam:
Enclosed please find forms for the Certificate of Statutory Trust to be filed in
accordance with the Delaware Statutory Trust Law. The first form is for a Statutory Trust
which will name a Delaware trustee pursuant to Title 12, §3807. The second form is for
a Statutory Trust which is or will become a registered investment company and will name
a registered agent pursuant to Title 12, §3807. Please choose the applicable form.
The fee to file the Certificate is $200.00 and you will receive a stamped “Filed”
copy of your submitted document. A certified copy may be requested for an additional
$30. Expedited services are available. Please contact our office concerning these fees.
