registered or licensed by the Bureau of Plant Industry, Mississippi Department of Agriculture and
Commerce, State of Mississippi under the provisions of the Mississippi Pesticide Law of 1975.
AND, WHEREAS, by the terms and provisions of the Mississippi Pesticide Law of 1975,
the undersigned non-resident of Mississippi is required to file power of attorney designating
either the Secretary of State or some resident of Mississippi as its agent upon whom service of
process may be had in the event of any suit against it instituted in any court of Mississippi;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned
does hereby designate, constitute and appoint Eric Clark, Secretary of State of the State of
Mississippi, and his successors in office, its true and lawful agent in and for said State of
Mississippi upon whom all processes of law against said person or firm may be served in any
action or legal proceeding in connection with and based upon the sale or shipment into
Mississippi of products subject to the Mississippi Pesticide Law of 1975; and said person or firm
does hereby expressly agree that such lawful processes against it which may be served upon said
Secretary of State shall be deemed valid personal service upon the undersigned and shall be of
the same force and validity as if served upon the undersigned, providing that a copy of such
processes is promptly sent by registered mail to the said undersigned.
