officers, in order to obtain the approval of the California Real Estate Commissioner to act as an out-of-state trustee within
Sections 2791.6, 2791.9 and 2807.3, Title 10 of the California Administrative Code and 11254 and 12255 of the B&P Code,
hereby certifies and declares:

2. Trustee hereby irrevocably agrees that in any legal proceeding arising in connection with said trust, if personal service
of process upon Trustee cannot be made in the State after the exercise of due diligence, valid service may be made upon
Trustee in the manner provided by Sections 2110–2114 of the California Corporations Code.
3. Trustee will not transact business in the State of California unless it has first qualified pursuant to Section 2105 of the
California Corporations Code, and the filing of this Consent to Service of Process shall not constitute an act of doing
business in California.
4. Trustee authorizes the California Real Estate Commissioner to examine its accounts pertaining to said trust agreement.
