Extract a sales transmittal file from the updated master file. The current extract program for my

Send this sales transmittal file to the New York State Office of Real Property Services along with
the following:
a.
RP-5217-Eft - Extract File Transmittal Form
b.
Sales Transmittal Report-List of sales transactions included on file (RPS035P1).
c.
If necessary, supply ORPS with a supporting explanation for condition code “I” changes
and/or corrections to the book and page.
2.
I will send timely transmittals to the New York State Office of Real Property Services according to the
