ARTICLE I
The Stated Convocation of ___________________________________Chapter No. ________________
ROYAL ARCH MASONS, shall be held at ________________________________________________

ARTICLE II
Every member of the Chapter except______________________________________________________

Chapter DUES and Assessments, as Annual Dues. Dues are payable on or before the beginning of the
Capitular Year.
ARTICLE III

ARTICLE IV
The Treasurer shall receive an annual honorarium of ____________________________Dollars, payable

ARTICLE V

ARTICLE VI
The Tiler, or Acting Tiler, shall receive an honorarium of ________________________Dollars, for each
Convocation he attends in that capacity.
ARTICLE VII
The ______________________________TRUSTEES, who shall be recommended by the Chapter and
appointed by the Court having jurisdiction, shall at each annual stated Convocation in September
make a report of the investment of all funds and condition of property entrusted to their care.
ARTICLE VIII
Any amendment proposed to these By-Laws must be submitted in writing at a Stated Convocation, lie
over one month. The membership shall be notified and adoption shall require a Two Thirds____ Simple
Majority____ Affirmative vote of the members present for its adoption.
CERTIFICATION
I CERTIFY THAT THE ABOVE By-Laws, or amendments thereto, were submitted in writing and
Audibly read at the Stated Convocation of this Chapter held on __________________. 20______, that
it was ordered to lie over for one month, the membership being duly notified that action thereon was

said By-Laws or amendments thereto were adopted by the required majority of members present.
