2SECURITY AGREEMENT
4. The Grantee agrees it shall have no rights of ownership of the Policy and may not exercise either the right to surrender the
Policy or the right to obtain policy loans from National Western Life Insurance Company under said Policy or change any of the
beneficiary designations under said Policy.
5. The Funeral Agreement between the parties may be subject to regulation and/or registration under the law of the State of
either the Grantor or Grantee. The parties agree that if said Funeral Agreement is not properly executed or registered, or is
inoperative under State law, this Security Agreement is null and void and the proceeds of the Policy will be paid to the
beneficiaries designated in the Policy (or if no beneficiary, the Grantor's estate).
6. The provisions of the Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of each of the parties and their respective legal
representatives, successors and assigns.
