STORAGE AGREEMENT
This Agreement, made this __________ day of ______________________________, 20_____,

The Landlord does hereby rent to Lessee, and Lessee does hereby rent from Landlord, the storage space
situated at ______________________________________and described as #______________________;
to be used solely for the purpose of storage and accepted in AS-IS condition.
This rental agreement is on a month-to-month basis and shall commence on the __________ day of
____________________, 20_____. Thirty (30) days written notice to terminate may be given by either
party prior to the end of any one monthly rental period.
Lessee agrees to pay Landlord or Landlord’s agent for said storage space a monthly rent of
$__________. Rent is due and payable on or before the first day of each month. Any rents received

) day of any month shall be considered late. Lessee will be charged a $75.00 late fee
and a $40.00 notice fee in addition to rent. A $35.00 handling fee will be charged for all checks
returned for any reason.
RULES AND REGULATIONS: No automobiles, trailers, boats, motorcycles, campers or other
motorized vehicles shall be stored or repaired on the premises without the written permission of
management. All inoperative motorized vehicles will be removed from the premises at the Lessee’s
expense upon 72 hours posted notice by the management of the vehicles. No flammables shall be used
or stored in said unit. The tenant covenants that it will not carry on or permit upon said premises any
nuisance, or use the same nor allow the same to be used for illegal purposes, nor in violation of any law
of the United States, the State of Washington or any ordinance of the City of _____________________,
including the use of illegal drugs or the distribution thereof. THESE PREMISES ARE FOR
STORAGE PURPOSES ONLY AND MAY NOT BE INHABITED. The tenant shall carry on no
business, trade or occupation from or in the Premises. It is further agreed that storage at said address
shall be at the risk of Lessee only, and that the Landlord/agent shall not be responsible for any loss, theft
or damage sustained to Lessee’s stored belongings. The landlord recommends that the tenant secure
“Renter’s Insurance” for protection against such occurrences.
