NON-SECURE DETENTION OPTIONS AGREEMENT

On this __________ day of _______________________, 20___, the minor having been arrested for the charge(s) of

___________________________________________, has been screened for pretrial detention pursuant to the Second Circuit Detention

Screening Instrument and has attained a score between 7 and 11 points. As a condition of the minor’s release and by agreement of the

parties hereto, the following conditions are imposed upon the minor until further order of the court or discharge by the probation officer if no

charges are filed:

_______The minor shall not violate any statutes of any jurisdiction.

_______The minor shall reside with and obey his/her parents or __________________________________________

accordingly.

_______The minor shall attend school regularly, obey all school rules and maintain at least a “C” grade average.
