Terms and conditions:
Wolfe & Associates, Property Services will only accept payments from parties to the lease.
Lessee(s) understand that they will continue to be liable in all respects for the payment of their rent and for any damages
caused to the premises, and should sublessee(s) fail to make a payment of rent on their behalf, on the due date, lessee(s) shall
be liable for the payment of all sums due under the terms and conditions of the lease referenced above.
Lessee(s) and sublessee(s), by their signature to this agreement to sublease, agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions
of the lease, and of this agreement to sublease.
It is agreed that any and all monies paid by sublessee for security deposit purposes shall be handled solely between the
Lessee(s) and sublessee.
Lessee(s) and sublessee understand that at least one lessee from original lease must be present to pick-up keys and complete
the Inventory and Condition Report.
Lessee(s) and sublessee understand that if sublessee occupies the premises without expressed written authorization from
Wolfe & Associates, Property Services beyond the agreed upon expiration date as established above, the sublessee will be
considered an illegal resident and lessee(s) will be held in violation of the lease and lease will be considered in default.
A complete Sublease form is required for each individual sublessee.
Payment of the $105 sublease fee is due at the time this form is submitted.
