If you or someone you know are in need of prayers please

complete this prayer request form and place it in the offering

plate on Sunday.

We are changing the way we handle prayer requests because

frequently we are contacted to put someone on the list but

not to remove them when they no longer need prayers. So

to ensure that our prayer list contains people with current

prayer needs, the immediate and continuing prayer

concerns will be removed from the bulletin on the first

Sunday of every month.

If you need prayers to continue, all you need to do is submit

or re-submit your prayer request on the last Sunday of each

month by completing this form and placing it in the offering

plate or in the office. Thank you for helping us keep our

prayer concerns current.
