LETTER OF GUARANTEE
WHEREAS the Director Customs has by virtue of the authority vested in him by section 2 (3) of the
Value Added Tax Act No. 14 of 2002 permitted us ........................................................................................

And WHEREAS we hereby undertake that we shall subject to and in conformity with the said operating
instructions duly pay to the Director General of Customs, the Value added Tax on the goods imported by

us for manufacture and export on or before the 60
day from the day import bill of entry (CUSDEC) for
the clearance of the imported goods is submitted to Customs.
