GCU EMPLOYEE TUITION REMISSION APPROVAL FORM
This completed form must be submitted to the Office of Human Resources each semester/session and approved by the Office of
Financial Aid prior to registration. In addition, all undergraduate students must fill out a FAFSA form from the Office of Financial Aid.
Failure to complete this form and supporting financial information before the start of the semester/session will result in the loss of
tuition remission for that semester/session.
