LESSONS PER SEMESTER:

Each semester is 17 weeks in length. The tuition includes 14 private lessons and 3 group lessons.

There are two payment options available to all students.

1. Full semester tuition paid in advance at the first lesson of each semester.

2. The monthly payment plan is based on both Fall and Spring semester tuition. Nine equal payments are due

at the first lesson of each month August through May. Students on the monthly plan still sign-up each

semester.

*Discounts: Families with more than 2 students studying may qualify for a discount.

This fee covers the cost of recitals, programs, group lesson materials, lending library (borrowed music) and

incentives. This fee is non-refundable regardless if the student completes the full year of lessons.

MUSIC: Students are responsible for the cost of new materials. Prompt payment (at the next lesson) is

appreciated.

MISSED LESSONS: Make-up lessons are provided only in the case of 24-hour in advance notice of the

student’s illness (not other family members); SEVERE WEATHER, or teacher absence.

There are no make-ups for a group lesson, however a student can attend a different group time during that

week. A lesson time swap list will be provided for other special conflicts (for those families wishing to

participate) once the schedule is in order.

SUMMER LESSONS: A MINIMUM of 5 private lessons over the course of the summer are required to remain

in the studio.

AUDITIONS: Participation in at least one audition or festival during the year is strongly encouraged. Fees for

the ______ Auditions are required before the event and are non-refundable.
