Detailed Lesson Plan

1. Welcome children.

2. Snack

3. As the children finish their snack instruct them to throw away their garbage and then put their

own attendance sticker up. Then the children move to the rug area.

4. Song with actions (see above).

5. Children sit down. Show them the giant ear picture and remind them that this means it is time

to be quiet and listen. Place the Scripture Pictures image (see above) where the children can see

it.

6. Story (see above). As you read the story, pause at the following parts to have children act out

what happened:
