The U.S. Mile TECH SHEET- MOTORCYCLES
These technical specifications are intended as a guide and are in no way a guarantee against any harm to spectators, entrants or others. No expressed or
implied warranty of safety shall result from the issuance of, or compliance with these technical specifications. You are reminded that all motor sports are
dangerous and that the safety of yourself, your family, your friends and your motorcycle are your sole responsibility. I have inspected my motorcycle and
will re-inspect my motorcycle prior (12 hours or less) to the running of my motorcycle in this event. I have inspected all that is listed on this form and take
full responsibility for its condition on the track. I am also aware that a technical inspection will be performed at the event. By signing here, I certify that the
bike is in safe operating condition for racing and participating in track events. I recognize and assume all risk of damage, injury and death that may be
caused by a failure of any component of the car, including without limitation the items listed on the tech sheet. I have not relied on the list to be
comprehensive or tailored to my bike; it is instead a guideline. I am responsible for insuring that my motorcycle is in safe operating condition before each
and every event in which I am a participant. I release North America Project Integrators, Inc (NAPI), DBA The U.S. Mile, The Colorado Mile, The Arkansas
Mile, its sponsors, shareholders, affiliates and all persons and companies that have or might assist in the process of inspecting my bike (collectively,
“Released Persons”) from all liability of any kind for any property damage, personal injury or death that may occur to me or any occupant of my motorcycle
as a result of any of their acts or omissions, expressly including any negligent acts or omissions by the Released Persons. I understand that all forms of
motor sports are dangerous and can kill me, I am an adult and accept all of these risks and agree not to join the litigious ranks of persons who believe all
injury must be the result of fault by a person with money. This release is in addition to and cumulative of all releases I have given in conjunction with my
entry and participation in a NAPI Event.
