AND NUMBERED AS 11295 WASHINGTON STREET, NORTHGLENN, COLORADO

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTHGLENN.

COLORADO, THAT:

Section 1.

The sale of the real property commonly known and numbered as 11295

Washington Street, Northglenn, Colorado 80233, from the City to the Northglenn Urban

Renewal Authority for a sale price of $290,000.00 is hereby authorized and approved. The

Mayor is authorized to execute a quit claim deed in substantially the form attached hereto as

Exhibit A.
