FAMILY MEMBERS OF THE INDIANS WITH JAPANESE EMPLOYMENT VISA
This Visa option is for
1. Family members (Spouse and Children) dependant on the Indian Nationals (Multiple Re – Entry
permit up to 3 years).
2. For family members not dependant on the Indian Nationals or dependant on the Indian Nationals
but not forming part of the same household – Multiple Re – Entry Visas valid up to 3 years (for a
stay maximum 90 days).
3. For parents of the Indian Nationals or Parents of his or her spouse (Single Entry Temporary
Visitor’s Visa up to 90 days).
Documentation for Application
Important-Please note all photocopies should be on A4 size only
A valid Passport (with more then two blank pages). Please submit your old passports also, if any.
Photocopy of the Bio Data Page of the Current Passport (First and Last Page)
A completely filled and signed Visa Application Form. The form is available under the link
One photograph taken within the last 6 months. (The photograph should be of size 2 x 2 inches,
color with white background and printed on good quality paper)
Proof of relationship (First and last page of the passport) or Marriage/ Birth Certificate
Proof of employment of the Indian National living in Japan
Copy of passport pages with valid Japan Visa and status items; entry / departure and permission
of residence
Copy of the certificate of alien registration (Both front & back)/Certificate of Residence.
Original Certificate of Eligibility and one copy for each family member (Spouse and Children)
dependant on the Indian Nationals
Certificate of Income / bank deposit / copy of final tax return / certificate of tax payment of the
Inviter
Original Letter of Reason for Invitation for parents of the Indian Nationals or Parents of his or her
spouse
Confirmed travel booking for parents of the Indian Nationals or Parents of his or her spouse
