2LETTER OF INTENT
In submitting this Letter of Intent, I formally express my commitment to participate in the South Dakota State University
(SDSU) Football Stadium Project and acknowledge my understanding of the following:
1.
To participate in the SDSU Football Stadium Project, this letter of intent must be signed and returned by the interested party.
2.
By signing this Letter of Intent, I am declaring my financial commitment to the project.
3.
Initial details of any premium seating opportunities are contained below. Indication of interest in premium seating alone does
not guarantee such seating. A Football Stadium Gift is required to reserve initial premium seating designations.
4.
I understand that this letter of intent is a legally binding reservation of premium seating options in the SDSU Football Stadium
Project, contingent upon final project approval, and understand an official agreement will be executed during the project. I
waive any further recourse against SDSU and hold SDSU harmless, and in the unexpected event that the SDSU Football Stadium
Project is discontinued, initial: ______ I request my football stadium gift be redirected and used for, initial: i. ________
Jackrabbit student-athlete scholarships, ii. ___________other athletic capital, operational, or maintenance project, or iii. other:

Naming Opportunities for SDSU Football Stadium Project: I am interested in making a separate naming gift for the South Dakota
State University Football Stadium Project. Please contact me with more information regarding naming opportunities for this

6.
I understand this commitment is for the stadium only and does not include a Jackrabbit Club (JRC) donation. In order to receive
your current benefits for the JRC, a separate donation must be made. At minimum, we require all premium seat buyers
maintain their current (2013) JRC giving amount for the term of the premium seating agreement.

7.
If the purchaser does not have a JRC donation on file in 2013, a minimum, annual, donation of $365 is required throughout the
term of the premium seating selection.
