10) Occupant(s) agree to immediately pay for any damage, loss, or expense caused by their

pet, and in addition, they will add $25 per month to their occupancy fee.

Occupant(s) agree to pay for pest infestation services resulting from pets allowed in the

property by tenant after termination of occupancy

Occupant(s) agree that this Agreement applies only to the specific pet described above and

that no other pet may be substituted. Occupant(s) agree to furnish the Owners with a

picture of their pet prior to occupancy.

Occupant(s) agree that the Owners reserve the right to revoke permission to keep the pet

should the Occupant(s) break this agreement. Occupant(s) will be given 3 days to remove

the pet from the premises.

14) Any animals on the property not registered under this Rental Agreement will be presumed

to be strays and will be disposed of according to law, at the option of the Landlord.

15) Tenant shall be liable for any damage or injury whatsoever caused by the pet(s) and shall

pay Owner, immediately, upon demand, for any and all costs incurred by Owner, as a result

of damage or injury caused by pet(s).

16) Tenant agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Owner, and all of Owner, agents

and employees against all liability, judgments, expense (including attorneys fees), or claims

by third parties for any injury too any person or damage to property of any kind whatsoever

caused by tenant’s pet(s).

17) Tenant agrees that Owner, its agents and employees, have the right to enter tenant’s rental

unit without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that a pet has been left

alone in tenant’s rental unit and either that a pet is creating a disturbance or any other

emergency situation appears to exist with respect to the pet. Owner, its agents or

employees shall attempt to contact tenant before entering the rental unit and shall enter

only if they are unable to contact tenant within a reasonable amount of time. Upon entering,

Owner, its agents or employees may make any appropriate arrangements with respect to

the pet’s care, including removing the pet and placing it in a temporary home. Tenant shall

pay Owner, immediately, upon demand, for any and all related costs incurred.
